MKS Sylvan Road Pedals Silver Cages

We are now stocking the 'Road' version of the Sylvan pedal as the silver 'Track' above is unavailable until further notice. Onza Double Cage Pedals - new colour white now in!

Like the Stream this is a traditional caged pedal but with lots more support and grip being double caged and with more agressive serrations. Will take toe clips and straps but works fine without when you don't want to be firmly attached to the pedals. Marketed for BMX and trials but perfect for street or polo use on a fixie or singlespeed or for off-road MTB use. Forged aluminium body and cage with servicable bearings. These are a clever little attachment made for pedals like the Sylvan Stream, Onza and others that do not have pedal flips built in. They attach to the rear of any pedal (with standard toe clip holes) giving you a place to flip the pedal over so you can slide your foot into the clips and straps.

Re-Strap Pedal Straps - back in stock!

Not a new idea (Google 'Power Grips', 'Pedal Straps' etc) but the beauty of this particular version is that they are proudly manufactured in the UK and utilise recycled seat belts. In addition the clever double velcro system gives a strong hold and infinite, easy adjustment to fit any shoe size. All mounting holes are fully eyeleted for extra strength.

If you are new to straps like these they offer a great alternative to clipless or clips - use with any shoe, no reaching down to adjust once set, simple and totally reliable. Simply insert foot, twist to normal pedalling position and off you go. The diagonal strap means that as you twist the strap tightens and holds the foot securely against the pedal - set them as tight or loose as you like.

Fits any regular pedal with holes for reflectors/clips - caged, platform etc. Complete with full fitting kit and instructions. Note: these can be fitted either way 'across' the pedal - the recommended way is from the inner rear to the outer front of the pedal so the shoe points towards the front wheel as it enters the strap. Campagnolo NOS Super Record Toe Clips Boxed

A fantastic NOS find from the warehouse. Rare original Super Record aluminium alloy toe clips dating from the 1980's. All complete in original and very attractive Campag boxes, some with Campag 'UK import' seals. Finished in satin silver with Campagnolo crest and 'Brev inter' markings with Campagnolo engraving on the tabs. Available in medium ('medi') or small ('corti'). In terms of sizing the medium is slightly larger and deeper than a MKS NJS medium and seems usable up to a size 10/11. The small is definitely for small feet though. Made in Italy.

Note: back in the day these were from Campag's most prestigious groupset and are top spec lightweight (around 30g a pair) racing clips. They were originally designed to be used with cleats - being made of aluminium alloy these are defintely not something for the eighty mile a day messenger. They are best saved for lighter use or the Sunday 'cafe bike' with stronger MKS steel clips on the eveyday ride.

As with our other NOS finds these are a limited stock item. Boxes are in very good condition but some may have some light wear due to storage. Mounting nuts and bolts not included (use regular M5 nuts and bolts).

Tektro RL720 and RL726 'Cross Top' Brake Levers

We have a large range of brake levers in this section and happily offer most models as pairs* or just one lever as required if running a single brake. Note due to a large excess of LH brake levers in stock some levers are currently available in pairs or LH only. Most levers can be shimmed or 'made' to fit most bars.

Tektro RL720 and RL726: sold in pairs or singly in RH or LH specific. Lightweight, slim and very well finished. For tops of drop bars or bullhorns. Use on it's own or in-line as a second lever to one on the drops or ends.

RL720 has a 24.0mm clamp for the non-sleeved area of a drop bar and the RL726 has a 26.0mm clamp for various bars - will also fit to the central section of 26.4 Cinelli bars right next to the stem allowing maximum hand room on the tops.
