VeloSolo CNC Anodized 1" Headset Spacer Kit

Our latest product at VeloSolo is this spacer kit for use with 1" headsets (traditional threaded or Ahead non-threaded) as fitted to road, track or classic and retro MTB frames. As with our SS kits this is a seven piece kit for really simple and precise adjustments especially when swapping forks between frames or changing headsets without having to cut down the steerer.

Pack of seven spacers includes 1 of 7.5mm, 2 of 5.0mm, 2 of 2.5mm and 2 of 1.0mm (total 24.5mm). As with all our spacers these are CNC custom machined in the UK exclusively for VeloSolo from solid lengths of 6082 aluminium alloy - not cut from tube. Very precisely machined for a superb fit. Available in anodized black, silver, red or gold with the largest spacer laser engraved.

Suitable for use with any 1" threaded headset (not 1 1/8" - see Token below) - insert desired spacers onto fork steerer between headset upper adjustable race and locknut. Or use on 1" Ahead (non threaded steerers) by fitting spacers between stem and headset top race/top cap. Weight of complete set = 20g.

As with the Rolls above this is another truly classic Italian saddle. The Turbo was introduced back in 1980 and ridden by many Tour greats. It has recently been re-introduced into Selle Italia's range.

Velo Classic Riveted Saddle (synthetic or leather)

This is an affordable, classic style saddle perfect for road bikes. This is basically a copy by Velo of the Selle San Marco Regal saddle. The tan leather version is found as OEM equipment on the 2010 Colnago Super off the peg fixed wheel bike.

The synthetic (grained 'leather' style) model is very practical for everyday UK use. Chromed steel rails with matching chrome rivets (see note below) and no logos. Superb value and highly recommended.

We now have these available in black leather too - exactly the same design and rivets but with a smoother very fine grained genuine leather cover.

VeloSolo Decals

Sheet measures over 17cm across and contains nine different decals. Various VeloSolo designs together with multi-lingual allegiances to the joys of one gear be it fixed or regular singlespeed - 'Derailleur? No Thanks' ('Nein Danke', 'Non Merci' etc). Decals are colour fast, high quality, long-lasting and printed on extruded vinyl suitable for outdoor applications - ie they won't fall off your bike when it rains...

Note: for easy removal of stickers from sheet, remove waste backing area first (area with 'VeloSolo Bikes 2009') at the bottom of the sheet.

VeloSolo Large Frame Decal

Ideal for re-painted frames. Same colour fast, high quality, long-lasting vinyl as our sticker sheets but these have an additional protective clear laminate layer too. Designed for the typical size downtube of a steel frame (approximately 1" to 1 3/8" diameter).

Approximate size is 8" x 4". To fit to frame first wrap around tube without removing backing and mark or measure any excess to be removed (or use a piece of paper as a template). Cut equal amount from each long side so decal joins at underneath of downtube with a minimal gap. De-grease and dry tube thouroughly before application.
