VeloSolo bolt-on 7075-T6 Disc Cog - now up to 40% off!

Exact same design as our regular cro-mo Disc cogs but machined from solid 7075-T6 heat-treated aluminium alloy, anodized and laser engraved. Less than half the weight of the equivilent steel cogs and available in a range of colours.

Note: being aluminium these are ultimately not as hard wearing as the cro-mo cogs so we are not able to offer a lifetime guarantee. However, these are in aircraft-grade heat-treated 7075 and as with our regular threaded 7075 track cogs we expect them to hold up very well to wear. They are of course reversible without affecting chainline so can be run in both directions.

Converts a Shimano M756 front disc hub for use on the rear of a track/road bike. Track nuts and spacers also required. Also ideal replacement for standard 10mm x 1mm fine threaded rear road or mountain bike axle or to change from a QR to solid bolted axle.

Custom machined in the UK from EN19 high strength chro-moly steel. Bright silver passivated. Length specified slightly longer than normal to allow for track nuts with integrated washers. VeloSolo CNC Anodized 1 1/8" Headset Spacer Kit - were £12.95 now 55% off and reduced to £5.95!

This spacer kit is for use with 1 1/8" headsets (traditional threaded or Ahead non-threaded) as fitted to road, track or classic and retro MTB frames. As with our SS kits this is a seven piece kit for really simple and precise adjustments especially when swapping forks between frames or changing headsets without having to cut down the steerer.

Pack of seven spacers includes 1 of 7.5mm, 2 of 5.0mm, 2 of 2.5mm and 2 of 1.0mm (total 24.5mm). As with all our spacers these are CNC custom machined in the UK exclusively for VeloSolo from solid lengths of 6082 aluminium alloy - not cut from tube. Very precisely machined for a superb fit. Available in anodized silver with the largest spacer laser engraved.

Suitable for use with any 1 1/8" threaded headset, insert desired spacers onto fork steerer between headset upper adjustable race and locknut. Or use on Ahead (non threaded steerers) by fitting spacers between stem and headset top race/top cap. Weight of complete set = 20g.

Nitto Noodle Aluminium Alloy Drop Handlebar 42cm - were £45.95 now 50% off and reduced to £22.95! SOLD OUT

Slightly different from the normal Nitto drop bar shape but with a very popular cult following. Originally designed by the Rivendell Bicycle Works in the US, these are made by Nitto in Japan. Instead of a completely straight top section these have a slight bend in the tops to provide a more comfortable upright position. It sounds odd but this subtle rearwards kink where your hands sit gives a more natural hand position and works great for city riding or just general use. Worth a Google search for more feedback.

Drop is reasonably moderate at 135mm. Traditional shape with no grooves and rounded drops. Nitto have even used a very attractive classic style crest on the sleeved section. A superb budget alternative to the Nitto bars above. A copy of the Nitto B115 this is a classic compact shape with traditional curved drops but with shallow grooves to upper section.

Approximate size is 8" x 4". To fit to frame first wrap around tube without removing backing and mark or measure any excess to be removed (or use a piece of paper as a template). Cut equal amount from each long side so decal joins at underneath of downtube with a minimal gap. De-grease and dry tube thouroughly before application.
